Each program and project has an assigned folder in Google Drive containing a Program/Project Overview & Updates document. This document is where you can record any recent updates, milestones, and/or news coverage that you’d like to share.

Short answer: monthly. The communications team will check every team’s document for changes on the first of every month in order to update the CARE website. Keep this monthly schedule in mind as you decide when to add new updates.

The communications team is currently working on setting up a process for submitting time-sensitive updates through the CARE website. In the meantime, if you have time-sensitive content that you would like to see added to the website, please reach out!
